This is important! I am making this diary short and to the point so that many of you will get this message.
I was astonished when I read that Bill O’Reilly of Faux News fame mis-labels Foley as a democrat. You would think it would end there but no…. Faux News turns around and then mis-labels Chafee as a democrat. Will it end there? Apparently not.
The mislabeling of candidates has gone from Faux News to our ABSENTEE BALLOTS. Is this the new strategy for Republicans to hold on to power?
According to Newsnet5, 5,100 absentte ballots in the Cleveland area had to be reprinted because of errors on the ballots. What were those errors? Please see below the fold!!!!!
The review was prompted by last week’s discovery that 1,500 ballots in Ohio’s 7th House District race listed the wrong party affiliations for the candidates.
BEWARE! We must be vigilant in making sure that all absentee ballots have the correct party affiliation on them. What I am more worried about is what is happening at the actual polls when people vote in person. How can we verify that the candidates have the proper party affiliation? Any ideas will be welcomed. We must make sure that our BOE’s, poll workers, poll judges, poll observers are aware of this.
Oh, I also want to remind you that this is taking place in Ohio, where our Secretary of State is none other than Kenneth Blackwell. If you tired putting up with these messes in our Ohio elections, please feel free to help out Jennifer Brunner in whatever way you can, volunteer, donate, etc.
No matter what state you are from, if you receive an absentee ballot, please look it over carefully and make sure the party affiliations are correct. If you vote in person, please bring a list of candidates and make sure they are correct in the voting booth, if not, tell your poll worker. Unfortunately, it may be too late by then.
What in the holy hell is going on here?!?! This “accidental” “Mis-Labeling” appearing on ballots is beyond some crappy “News” conglomerate pushing a corporate agenda. This is downright illegal.
NOTE: The “mistakes” were on the Absentee Ballots for the Ohio Governatorial race, but that doesn’t mean that they aren’t on YOUR ballots for the Senate and the Congress and coming Presidential candidates.
I would just like to re-iterate franziskaner warnings:
WHEN YOU GO TO THE VOTING BOOTHS, OR SEND IN AN ABSENTEE BALLOT, MAKE SURE YOU KNOW THE NAME OF THE CANDIDATE THAT YOU ARE PREPARED TO VOTE FOR. BE EVER VIGILANT!
Lets show these bastards that tomfoolery like this will not sway the American public into accidentally voting for a Republican candidate. Lets show them that we WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES to get the current dictatorial regime OUT of Washington.
Remember, “People Shouldn’t Be Afraid Of Their Governments. GOVERNMENTS should be AFRAID of their PEOPLE!!”
