Tracking the web with Single Page Aggregators

This is pretty kewl:

Popurls has quickly grown to be one of my favorite websites helping me keep track what’s buzzing around the web. It’s a simple site that aggregates popular social services and websites such as Digg,, Reddit, Flickr, and more. Each site gets its own area on the page listing the latest items and users can hover over items to get a summary. It’s great because it gives you a quick glimpse at what’s buzzing around the web and beats having to subscribe to all of the sites.

However, the real trick to finding the good stuff is to troll the “Just Posted” or “Upcoming” or “New” in alot of the social link pages.  It takes alot of searching and alot of time.  But eventually you find something so awesome you almost vomit with joy. 😀

I recognize most of the main ones you mention but don’t give all your good secrets away. 😉 Really though you still have to hunt down something other than the usual regular dry news and info to keep people interested and you do that more often than not so good job man. Besides that I still laugh my ass off at your comments on many stories and posts which doesn’t happen when I watch the news or read other blogs. When I watch the news on tv I just want to reach through the f’ing screen and shake the living shit out of the news anchor man/woman (by the neck) most of the time, with the exception of John Stewart and Stephen Colbert. l8rz on…
