Despite a 24-0 vote in favor of the United Nations cease-fire resolution, Israeli cabinet members aren’t all certain that the agreement, which takes effect Monday at 8 a.m., will prove effective.
And the Hezzbollah (or Hizbollah) is really only going along with the ceasefire because they are getting hammered and/or they need to gain international support for their cause (whatever that may be).
Diplomacy dictates that the ceas-fire must be observed if at all possible, but what wounds will this heal? None. Time will go on and history will repeat itself. However, I guess its better than the alternative of just letting them have at it.
