TorrentSpy names the MPAA’s freelance hacker

23 06 2006

“Cat’s out of the bag … TorrentSpy has outed the guy who allegedly broke into its system to steal emails and server passwords for the Motion Picture Association of America. Crazy story … it also involves a Private Eye, and details about payment for this type of hack.”
– So sayeth Digg

Apparently a “Freelance Hacker” is the 21st century’s answer to the 20th century’s “Hitman”. I wonder if we had a JFK like incident would the CIA just hire a “Hacker” instead of a sniper?? I know that Nixon would have gotten away with alot more shit!

Remember, hackers, with great power comes great responsibility. I guess everyone has their price though.

NOTE: Not the most reliable news source, but hey…it sounds kewl!! 🙂

You could definitely see your enthusiasm within the work you write. The world hopes for more passionate writers such as you who aren’t afraid to mention how they believe. All the time go after your heart. “There are only two industries that refer to their customers as users.” by Edward Tufte.
